Guillaume Bailliard

President and CEO

Mr. Bailliard has extensive experience developing go-to-market strategies for disruptive technologies, building high performing teams, overcoming barriers to adoption and growing businesses in the medical device market.

Mr. Bailliard has held a variety of key leadership roles in both public and private multi-national innovative companies. A Mechanical Engineer by training, he started his career designing medical devices at Genzyme Surgical and then transitioned to GE Healthcare in a Leadership Training program. While at GE, he held various sales and management positions ultimately becoming responsible for Americas X-ray Sales operations where he restored double-digit growth. Mr. Bailliard then joined a privately-held company launching an innovative imaging product in the breast cancer market, Naviscan Inc., serving as Executive Vice President Global Sales and Marketing. Mr. Bailliard then was appointed President of Mauna Kea Technologies Inc. where he was responsible for developing and growing a business introducing a disruptive imaging technology in gastroenterology, pulmonology and surgery.

Mr. Bailliard holds an Executive MBA from Emory University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech.

Chris Fair has been a leader in the musculoskeletal and regenerative marketplace for over 25 years. Most recently, Mr. Fair was the Chief Executive Officer of Spinal Elements, a private equity owned operating company focused in the spinal implant marketplace.

Previously he served as Managing Director at Medtown Ventures, LLC., and as President and CEO of Amniox Medical. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fair served in leadership roles at MedShape Solutions, St. Francis Medical Technologies and DePuy Spine.

Mr. Fair currently sits on the Institute for Bioengineering and Bioscience Advisory Board of the Georgia Institute of Technology as well as several privately held medical and regenerative medicine technology companies.  Mr. Fair graduated from the University of Richmond Robins School of Business.

Haim Melman has accumulated more than 30 years of experience in the high-tech healthcare space leading teams in developing and launching innovative products.

Most recently, Mr. Melman was the Vice President of R&D and Chief Operating Officer at Deep Breeze, a privately-held company developing respiratory diagnostics and home-monitoring systems. Prior to that, Mr. Melman was Vice President of R&D at Spectrum Dynamics where they developed and commercialized the first successful CZT-based medical nuclear camera. Mr. Melman was also Vice President of R&D at Orex Computed Radiology Ltd. developing CR medical systems. For 15 years prior, Mr. Melman was Director of R&D at Scitex Corporation during where he developed scanners and digital cameras. Mr. Melman also developed digital angiography systems at Elscint, Ltd. In addition, he co-founded and managed InfoBit Ltd. and JetPic Inc., two start-up companies specializing in software solutions for knowledge management and marketing tools.

Mr. Melman is the author or co-author of 30 patents and patent applications. He holds a M.Sc. degree in Applied Physics from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel, and is a graduate of the Lahav Senior Management Course at the Recanati School of Management, Tel Aviv University. Mr. Melman also served as a pilot in the Israeli Air Force.

Vice President, USA Operations

Ms. Lazarus is a leader with broad industry experience and a reputation for developing operational infrastructure and processes, building teams, and running P&Ls.

Ms. Lazarus began her career at GE in the Manufacturing Management Program where she gained experience in sourcing, supplier quality, logistics, and manufacturing. Ms. Lazarus went on to hold a variety of roles including General Manager of the Interventional Service business overseeing products in Cardiology, Angiography, Neurology, Electrophysiology & IT. She also led GE Healthcare’s Global Service Integration initiative before joining ArchPoint Consulting, as a Partner and later Managing Director. There, her client focus included strategic planning, M&A and post-merger integrations for companies in healthcare, pharma, energy, emergency services and advanced engineering materials.

Ms. Lazarus holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech.
